Supported Daily Living
When you need support with daily living, BLOKEABILITY can assist you to prepare and cook meals, clean around the house, maintain your lawns and gardens and carry out home maintenance. Need assistance with personal care? Need some support with the shopping? Need help getting to and from appointments? Or just need someone you can trust to be beside you, we are your go-to.
Independent & Group Activities
Getting out and about and supporting you in what makes you happy is what really excites us! Whatever you are into, we are into with just as much enthusiasm. We also have endless ideas and wide range of equipment available for you to try new things. From fishing rods, stand-up paddleboards, boats, sporting equipment, you are welcome to use them all.
Community Participation
Whether you want to get out to catch up with mates or family, volunteer for local organisation, get involved in the Local Mens Shed or particiapte in the community any way you wish, we are here to support you. All our support workers are active in their local communities and have in depth knowledge of services and opportunites to participate in your local community.
Capacity Building
Building our clients capacity is one is a priority. and we have the team to do it. Experienced, highly skilled, . Depending on your needs, scaffold your learning to ensure build confidence. Supported Independent Living
We offer supported independent living (SIL) services including high intensity supports, overnight supports, irregular SIL supports and programs of support. We understand the importance of living independently and we have the skilled and like-minded team of support workers dedicated to assist you to achieve goal.
